The Clash core (e.g. mihomo) and its clients are released under the GPL-3.0 license. You're free to use, copy, modify, and distribute them, subject to that license's obligations — including releasing derivative works under the same open-source terms. Every installer on this site comes straight from an official build, with no repackaging or bundled plugins.

2. Intended Use & Compliance

Clash is a general-purpose, rule-based network proxy tool designed to help you route network requests according to your own rules. The software itself does not provide, sell, or broker any proxy nodes or subscription services. Whether using a proxy tool is compliant depends entirely on the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction — please understand and follow local rules. Don't use this software for anything unlawful; you bear full responsibility for any consequences of doing so.

This site and the Clash software are provided "AS IS" under the GPL-3.0 license, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep installers reliable and secure, but we are not responsible for:
